What area is landscaped?

We provide landscaping to the front of the home. Upgrade is available for rear and sides.

What upgrades are included with home?

At this time our prices give you more, granite top, landscape, veneer rock, panel fencing, single gate, all tile floor, 9-foot-tall ceilings, micro-hood and certain model garage side door.

How much do you provide for closing cost?

We normally offer up to $3.000 towards closing cost.

Do you provide financing?

DHG does not provide financing but works with many lenders of your choice. If contact needed, feel free to call 928-627-5614.

Can we pick colors?

Depending at what stage of construction the home is at, you may be able to choose: tile, counter, cabinets, interior walls, and stucco.

What is the Ernest money required?

At this time we require $2,500.00

How do we submit an offer?

If you are a realtor, all documents are on MLS as additional documents. Others can contact the office at 928-627-5614 for Contractor's Purchase Agreement

If a model that I like is sold, do you have other lots?

Yes, DHG currently does have additional lots available. Please note they do go fast.

How long does it take to build?

Homes may be completed 90 days after foundation is poured.
